Not happy with your order?! No worries. You can return it to us for a refund (excluding postage, you are required to cover return postage costs). Items must be unworn & unwashed – you know what we mean guys; stain-free and no signs of wear! All labels must still be attached to return the goods too.
Refunds will only be processed once we have received and inspected the returned item.
PLEASE NOTE: WE UNDERSTAND THAT OUR RETURN POSTAGE IS NOT FREE, HOWEVER WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO INSURE YOUR PACKAGE WITH A TRACKING CODE. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE CANNOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES WHICH ARE NOT SHIPPED WITH A SIGNED FOR LABEL.
If the incorrect garment was sent, all we ask is you send us a photograph of the item you received in error and we will resend you the correct item.
From the date you received your items, you have 14 days to make a claim.
